Olive Garden New Braunfels

The food at this restaurant is good, but the service is lacking. The self-pay kiosks seem to make the servers think their job is done once the food is served, and my soup never arrived. The salad portion was meant for two people, so that was not a big issue. On a previous visit, I had a better waitress but had trouble with the kiosk. If they eliminate the kiosks, they might earn five stars in the future. I must say, the chef deserves compliments for the delicious food that keeps me coming back for more.

We always have fantastic celebrations at Olive Garden. They are always so accommodating and full of joy during our special occasions. This is especially helpful when hosting a large group. Poor service can ruin the mood, but not at Olive Garden! You can expect excellent service throughout your visit.

Izzy was the attendant bringing my food out because I got curbside that day. She was super friendly and had a great attitude. She made sure my order was right and it was. The food was delicious but the bread sticks were a little cold and hard but it wasn’t anything 15 seconds in the microwave couldn’t fix. Thank you Olive Garden.

Came to eat with a party of 15. This Olive Garden is spacious. They were able to accommodate us with not much wait. Carrissa, our waitress, was so energetic and friendly. She took great care of us. Thanks Olive Garden for the enjoyable dinner with friends.
