What User doesn't like about Ihop:
Hamburger, where Bland tasting, like there's no lake son. Service was fast, but it made the experience feel like a rush to get up and out or the employee was about to turn off. Chicken and Mozarella sticks, where good. View all feedback.
Let me start off saying ...I never have wrote a poor review. I am sitting in the restaurant now. I ate me meal without a drink. I was brought the wrong food. The bus man is angry and sighs and slams stuff. The older waitress that is not mine was cussing loudly, there are children present. She was also very condescending to kitchen staff and other waitress. Example are you all sleeping back there? The ceiling tiles by the vents are very dirty!

TERRIBLE service.1. Location barely had 4 tables and There was nobody to welcome you in.2. So many staff available just joking around not taking their job seriously.3. Did not receive kids menus i had to ask for them.4. Floor was VERY slippery.5. It took them 15 mins just to bring our drinks out.6. Their ceiling is filthy and looks like it has mold. I am not sure how this place is even open. Terrible location and such lazy and rude staff members.Utensils were dirty even glass of water smelled funny.
I work in the food industry myself and i understand it’s hard to get food out on time but i think an hour of waiting for food with only a party of 2 is ridiculous,and then especially because they didn’t even know how long it was going to take after we asked about it. I would understand if the restaurant was full but we were there with a couple of other people. Maybe the kitchen is understaffed or our server just forgot to put in our order but it was just bad today.
Was treated very badly by one of the hosts. Who started accusing me loudly for the situation. I'm sure it was a situation where he thinks it was all I and I think it was him. However, there are cameras and these must be monitored so that these situations do not happen. I won't tolerate being treated like that. I called the manager and he was very dismissed over the whole thing to clearly simulate with the employee just say that he didn't feel comfortable, in this case he shouldn't be there if he can't control his impulse to be right and say that he's tolerating inattention when he was the one who gave it. People are there to not argue with employees, no matter how right they think they are. This is not the place for it. Camares must be observed because for someone the blame is given that stupidity is not okay.
