What Emily Kelly doesn't like about Morgan's Tavern Grill:
we had reservations and were seated quickly. ordered the fish fry and the blue bacon burger. Also ordered the crab soup. The soup arrived after we received our meals and tasted like plain old tomato soup. It was so plain we didn't even take a second spoonful. We had a great experience here. We went here with a large party and they were able to accommodate us! The food was so good. We got the shrimp tacos and the baked Mac and cheese and it was amazing . The environment was nice and laid back. Great place to walk around town and then grab a bite. We highly recommend
The meatloaf!!! The wild rice!!! Sun Dip!!! Don't let the hostess staff throw you off- or maybe when we went they just didn't have a good day! The wait staff was awesome and the food delicious! Highly Recommend!!

This place is phenomenal. Our server, Brandi was fantastic and the food was amazing. The croissants are like heaven in your mouth. The remoulade for the shrimp was so unique and delicious! The salmon was juicy and so flavorful. Situated downtown with TONS of seating, this is a must eat!!
Came here for lunch yesterday with my husband and children and had a great experience our server Brandi was super sweet and attentive, and very helpful with information about New bern as we are visiting here on vacation. Definitely will return if we have the chance before we leave.
