It wasn't busy at all; we arrived at 1:50 and left at 2:45. The waitress was wearing sweatpants or pajama bottoms with pink shoes—doesn't it seem like uniforms are no longer required?

To put it plainly, we were served a rotten steak during our visit, and both the smell and taste were absolutely off-putting. Although it was replaced, we didn’t feel well cared for throughout the process. Neither the server nor the manager seemed particularly concerned about the rancid steak; they likely just assumed we thought it was undercooked and wanted a replacement. Other than that incident, the meal was acceptable, but overall, it was quite average. I really think this restaurant could benefit from an unexpected inspection. I wouldn't recommend going here.

I do not recommend this place at all! On multiple occasions, I was charged for sides and items that I never got. The second time, I was promised those items, but they still didn’t arrive. I've included a photo that shows this establishment lacks the knowledge and skills to make a simple burger. You're fired!

Despite the place being almost empty, it took a little long for the waitress. I think we interrupted her dinner.Appetizer was fine, but the water tasted weird, as did the beer. The burger was undercooked and the steak overcooked. The pieceof PLASTIC in the potatoes was perfect though. ???? Also, it's always great to see your waitress walking around in pink crocswith no socks. Lovely It's been a while since we've been there and a while until we'll be back. In this economy, I've gotbetter places to spend money. This place clearly needs better management.
