We were in Milwaukee for a convention and noticed that Pier 106 was the only seafood restaurant around so decided to give it a try. Its right on the Riverwalk so a great location especially for those who like to sit outside (we didn't). We had great service and our meal was very good. What Kelton Mann doesn't like about Persimmons Waterfront Restaurant:
I made a reservation and (if I asked if this was for an event) explained that it was my anniversary. We sat at a 2-top, although the place was almost empty. It would have been nice to have a stand or a larger table so that we can sit next to each other. The food was good, but too expensive View all feedback.
Spent the day in new bern and stayed for lunch. so glad we made it! perfect ambiente and intentional. started with the garnel and crab diving, which was a little small but excellent taste. I have the burger and sweet potatoes one of the best burgers I ever had and loved the pommes. in any case, if they are in the opposite.
The waitress was amazing, eating was back on pre-pandemic standards! since our last visit the menu has also changed and included a nice selection of dressed. Welcome back!
I was really looking forward to this dinner, went in the partitur a 91.5, which kind of troubles me. we were 15 minutes early for the reservation that we sat on time. our service was very nice and punctual. the kalamari was delicious that I had never cooked it like that. the two fish friends we got were okay, I had better. I was there once and for me this is enough to be right on the water, is her best function for me. we had better eating in other restaurants in the city.

The menu online was one way, then the menu at the restaurant was different, and then what my mom wanted to order they didn’t have half of what they would put on the dish because they said “we have a new chef and he’s changing things up”. Then what we decided to get was supposed to have arugula on it but then came out with spinach…it just seemed very unorganized and was disappointed. Last year when we came, it was completely different of an experience and quite honestly was expecting the same. Not sure if we’ll be back.
