Forellenstube - Neuhaus am Inn

Images sometimes say more than a thousand words! On the way home from Austria we stopped at the trout room Reding on Sunday at noon, more or less by chance, but the short trip from the highway has more than rewarded! On the one hand, we had the daily offer of bachsaibling with rice in peanut curry and glazed carrots, as well as the bachsaibling from the map with butter potatoes in grapes Veltinersoße and glazed carrots, what should I say/write: the picture says everything; a fresh dish, cooked by hand itself, on the point, exactly right, tasty and soul delicious! We can only recommend it to anyone... The facility is modern rustic, exactly suitable for this region, it was neat and clean, even the sanitary facilities convinced by personality. Thanks to the two women who served us and Josef, the Haus Hof Kater; if we were to be there again in the corner, we will definitely return...

There is nothing to add to the numerous positive reviews. We were there for the first time. The garlic cream soup was delicious. The trout miller and the beef fillet also. Next time I wish the garlic trout. We look forward to sitting outside the next time.

Fantastic location, just 3 km from the highway. Super cozy, very nice rooms, great food, all super nice... a family-run guesthouse stop and no impersonal bedding castle. It was great!

Very nice atmosphere, cleanliness is made great. The menu is noble and not superb, which is very pleasant. The food is super delicious and fine. If we're close, we'll eat here. The rooms are absolutely great.
