Top Your Pie - Nepean

My husband and I went to this restaurant for the 1st time on a Sunday for lunch. A large family was just leaving with big smiles on their faces; they gave their praises to the owner as they left. Not familiar with their menu, the very pleasant owner took the time to explain their pies and sandwiches and how their food differs from fast-food Lebanese restaurants. We ordered one Beef Shawarma pie and one Chicken Shawarma pie with a side of hummus. We were told it would take about 10 minutes before being served since they prepare everything on the spot, nothing is reheated. We both really enjoyed our pies, each different in taste, but equally as good. The side of hummus was smooth and delicious. Return customers came in during our meal and were warmly greeted. They also offer Zaatar, meat, cheese, spinach, Kafta pies, etc., smoothies and a variety of beverages. The restaurant is unpretentious, clean and bright. These are definitely reasons to return! If you are in a rush, you can phone in your order and pick it up 10-15 minutes later.

I absolutely adore the meat pies at this restaurant. In fact, I would give it five stars just for how incredible these meat pies are.

I decided to check out this restaurant out of curiosity. I ordered the meat pie, which was prepared in approximately seven minutes. The crust was very tender with just the right texture.

I really enjoy this restaurant! It specializes in Lebanese pies. I have tried two of them so far. I enjoyed the spinach pie, which had a slightly sour taste, but I really liked the dough.
