Osmow's Shawarma - Nepean

Personally, really enjoyed their platters and salads! And really love their signature sauces! So delicious ????

The food is good I like the concept of mixing rice with chicken and salad and sauce on top! The employees are polite but they need to listen to the orders or have a better system. 80% of the time the order doesn?t come out like you ordered at the cash.

Very disappointed. I have had this issue twice in a row now. I asked for a little spice on my beef shawarma. It is extremely spicy and did not hold together at all. They put so much hot sauce on it that it is completely soggy and then fell to pieces after two bites. I called in last time they did this and they ended up giving me a free shawarma to make up for it, but I will sadly not be coming back to osmows at college Square.

I have ordered the wrap today from this store. Its the worst wrap ever I have eaten. There is nothing inside the wrap. No veggies no Falafal. After getting it I also called the store. They talked to me very rudely. I would recommend to not order from this store. Customer service is also bad so I would recommend not to order from this store.

Worst chicken saj wrap ever, every-time i tell them to equally distribute veggies chicken but they dont know how to make the wrap. If you tell mild spice they will make it super HOT! I got wrap in an uncooked bread. There was no sauce, it was all dry, all veggies olives were at the bottom of the wrap dry chicken at top. Wont order wrap again!
