The service was friendly and efficient, even though it appeared that there were only two servers working. The gin and tonic was delicious. The Hell's Chicken dish was decent, but not outstanding. Overall, I would say it was a good experience and I would return, although I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to do so. View all feedback.

Worst service ever. It wasn't even full of customers. Our food came out 80 minutes after we ordered it, and pizza wasn't even included in the order. My food was cold and the cheese was hardened. I left most of the food. It was really bad! View all feedback.
Food was pretty slow getting to the table but it was worth the wait. Their pizza sauce is delicious and my other half enjoys the all you can eat salad. We were offered lots of garlic bread and drink refills while waiting for our mains to arrive. We are in Riverside South and ordered from this location through a delivery service for the first time. When the food arrived we were surprised how little there was (we ordered the group meal for 6-8). When I called the restaurant to ask what size we should have received they knew who I was right away. The driver had forgotten more than half the order! Even though the restaurant does not have drivers, they sent someone over right away with the balance of our order (fresh made). We have had delivery mishaps with other restaurants in the past that were not corrected like this. The way this incident was handled exemplifies service. On top of that, the food was great. Great job and thank you so much for turning a difficult situation into a huge positive.
So disappointed, this is a zero rating not a 1. Went last week and it was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had. For starters it was a full 15 min until our server came. (The greeter was awesome though). I know the industry is struggling right now and tried to be objective... but this was terrible. It was 52 min until we got drinks and another 30 for the food. Total experience was just over two hours until we finished the meal. There were only 4 to 5 tables at any time and I counted at least 3 servers plus the manager. One of these servers did not even appear to have a table as she just kept cleaning and re-cleaning tables rather than help our inept server. When we asked for salads (all people had meals that included salad), she brought two personal sized salads in two big red bowls (for four people). Then we ask for two more bowls... She brought empty red bowls... No salad. My daughter 's cotton candy drink, instead of putting the cotton candy on top of the drink the server unceremoniously handed her a small baggie with a very small amount of moist cotton candy in it. When supper did arrive two meals arrived then the other two arrived 10 min later so I guess we never ate together . Our drinks were never replenished... Then you have the grated cheese (something we love). We had to ask for it every time and on one occasion she did bring it... To another table and then ignored us. Most times she just never brought it at all, notwithstanding our numerous requests. She didn 't bring napkins or utensils, although we asked two times. I ended up stealing them from another table. Server was polite and pleasant but I was shocked how poor her performance was. At one point I could see her standing in the kitchen through the window for almost ten minutes... Without moving. This is the same period we asked for cheese for our salad. There seemed to be friction between the employees and the manager did not seem to be managing much of anything. I am hesitant to be this harsh but this was crazy. On a bright side.. the meal tasted just as good as I remember. So the cook was doing something right.
