A&W Restaurant - Nelson

The food was 5 stars and the root beer was 1 star but what really killed me was the wait.

Went in for breakfast, made my order, handed the guy my money and asked if I could change one of the coffees for an orange juice. He got real pissy, so I said its not a big deal, to which he says it doesn't matter I am quiting anyways, he says what are they going to do do, fire me? So I tried to lighten the mood until I got my food. After I left town I realized he never gave me my change. I paid $40 for a $20.80 meal.

One of my favourite breakfast spots in Nelson (or anywhere for that matter). Always tasty, always fresh and always fast.

I often in this "restaurant" have been in the past 8 years and there is no other fast food for me in Nelson. The burgers are always very tasty and the girls and boys behind the bar are all very friendly and patient. The restaurant is a bit uncomfortable but very clean. I highly recommend B & W.

Please do not eat here. We stopped for a quick lunch on our way back to the States. It took a long time to receive our order. If I had gone to the bathroom before we ate, I would have left. The bathroom was very dirty and there was a used condom laying on the floor. Never again!!!!
