The manager, Mr. Janaka, and the supervisor, Mr. Sugath, were very friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant as the people here are very kind.

The staff were incredibl... read more The food at this restaurant is amazing and served in generous portions. Despite it being empty, the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Nuwan, the restaurant supervisor who made me feel very welcome, especially since I was traveling alone. The prices are also very reasonable, especially with the current exchange rates.

Did wait awhile but it was worth the wait as the flavours of the crab curry was amazing! Wasn’t as much meat as I thought but the crabs were small compared to Sydney ones back home. I think the meat dissolved in the curry. Lots of flavoursome side dishes as well like dhal, beetroot, salad, beans and cabbage. The taste of the curry was so complex and tasty.

Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the claws were completely empty, despite paying 6,000 rupees. It's disappointing that the chef would take all the meat from the claws and serve us such subpar quality. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
