P&S better than this loops (Negombo Road mahabage) think twice before you visit.

He listened to the recording of the conversation and admitted that there had been compla... read more Frustrated, I went to speak to a supervisor who used to work at Hilton. He listened to the recording of the conversation and admitted that there had been complaints about the cashier before. I left my contact details with the supervisor, but I never received any communication from them. The éclairs I bought were hard as rocks, so I had them exchanged for a choco lava cake after it was acknowledged that they were old. However, I had to pay extra for the price difference, even though it was clear that there was a problem with the cashier. The supervisor could have at least waived off the difference considering the issue, but he didn't show any concern for the customer. There was no follow-up on the complaints either. In conclusion, I would advise avoiding this restaurant altogether. If you visit CALTON bakery along Negombo road, you will definitely notice and taste the difference. The staff there are friendly and welcoming, unlike the robotic and unhelpful employees at this establishment.

However, the service level and attitude of the staff were in need of a drastic improvement. We ordered and paid for string hoppers noodles, but no one provided a paper towel to wipe our hands. All of the service staff were too busy chatting amongst themselves. When I tried to order fresh juices and asked about their availability, the counter attendant showed me the menu but did not attend to my request properly. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the poor quality of service.
