Carl's Jr. - Needles

The meal was excellent and the service was fast despite having only two staff members working. Great job to the team, you deserve a raise!

I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich but they had run out of grilled chicken. The presentation of the sandwich in the box was impressive. However, upon opening it, I was disappointed to see that the piece of chicken did not completely cover the bun. Despite this, the chicken tasted great when I finally got to it after a few bites of bun, pickles, and mayo. My coworker tried the western bacon burger and thought it was just okay. The crispy onion rings were also good.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could, in fact, a negative amount of stars. Yesterday, my dad ordered a famous star burger with no pickles or onions. Instead, he received a burger with only mustard and ketchup. He had to park his truck and go inside to get it fixed. The manager rudely snatched the burger out of his hands and threw it away (I understand they have to discard it). She then brought out what was supposed to be the corrected burger, but when my dad checked it before leaving, it was made the same way as the first incorrect one. The service was horrible and the manager was rude.

This is a pretty great Carl's. The burger was fresh, the fries were crispy hot. Sally was a great conversationalist and she and the guy in the back were quick. Those two work hard.

The food was fresh and delicious, but unfortunately they got my order wrong. Instead of the chicken sandwich I ordered, they gave me another burger. It was disappointing.
