After finishing my meal, I requested a complimentary cup of water, as I often receive at other places. The employee informed me that they do not provide water to customers. When I questioned if he would rather lose a local customer than give me a cup of water, he replied that he didn't care. As a result of this interaction, I decided not to return to this establishment.

When I arrived 35 minutes later to pick up my order, the employees rudely informed me that they had not even started it and I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes. I found this unacceptable and decided not to order from this location again. The customer service was poor and they did not follow the proper Subway guidelines, which clearly state that orders should be ready for pickup when the app alerts customers.

They Lost me as a customer, I was turned off and lost my appetite. I will stick to D Angelo’s- and I’m Deleting the subway app, Highway Robbery and Go at your Own risk!!!
