The service at this restaurant was very poor and the employee was rude. After finishing my meal, I requested a complimentary cup of water, as I often receive at other places. The employee informed me that they do not provide water to customers. When I questioned if he would rather lose a local customer than give me a cup of water, he replied that he didn't care. As a result of this interaction, I decided not to return to this establishment.
The restaurant closes when it snows, leaving customers who work in the snow to go hungry during their lunch break.
I used the Subway app to place an order and was notified that it was ready at a specific time. When I arrived 35 minutes later to pick up my order, the employees rudely informed me that they had not even started it and I would have to wait another 10-15 minutes. I found this unacceptable and decided not to order from this location again. The customer service was poor and they did not follow the proper Subway guidelines, which clearly state that orders should be ready for pickup when the app alerts customers.
Ladies room filthy. Would not accept coupons like most subway franchises do.
Had a really tough time communicating with the employee. They couldn't redeem a Subway coupon.
