We have or... read more We have dined here quite a few times in the last couple of months with and without kids. We absolutely love Blue on Highland and highly recommend it. We have ordered different things off the menu each time and every meal has been great! The food has been cooked well, tasty, and comes out quickly. We've never left disappointed. We've also done take out and the food was delicious and was on par with the in-restaurant dining quality. The atmosphere was great for us but we go at earlier times in the evening so I can't truly speak to later at night hours but 6-8pm was fine. I can see how if the restaurant is at full capacity it could be noisy. We have gone on different nights of the week, even on Mondays/Tuesdays it gets busy. We've been able to walk in on those days but I recommend snagging a reservation Thursday-Saturday or else the wait time can be long. Worth it but long. PS for the families: Our kids also love the food! I was surprised with how much they ate, they're typically picky eaters. The servers were also great with them.
