My order was also incorrect. Additionally, I noticed that the staff did not wear gloves when handling my food. This was not the first time I've had issues with the service here. In the past, I have noticed that the bagels and bread used for sandwiches were not fresh. The bathrooms were also not clean. I believe that the management should consider hiring staff who are fluent in English.

If the staff could understand English better, perhaps they would get orders right and help the owner avoid losing customers. Even a year later, the speed of service remains the same—either slow or completely stopped. It seems like no one working there speaks English. The staff is quite indifferent; if they spent less time conversing among themselves in their native language and more time attending to customers, they might actually get orders correct. I specifically asked for a medium iced coffee with light cream and four sugars, but this is what I received.
