The morning staff at this restaurant is incredibly rude. They are always on their phones and don't seem to care about customer service. To make matters worse, I had a phone call blaring over the loudspeakers while trying to place my order. When I politely asked a staff member to move their car from a handicapped spot, they told me to call the police if I had a problem with it. I will not be returning to this establishment on Highland Ave.

Mostly Dunkin, but unfortunately they were out of sleeves for gift cards.

The customer service is poor, customers wait in line while employees talk amongst themselves. It may be best to try a different location.

The service at this restaurant is painfully slow. I ordered a medium iced coffee today and ended up with a large instead. If the staff could understand English better, perhaps they would get orders right and help the owner avoid losing customers. Even a year later, the speed of service remains the same—either slow or completely stopped. It seems like no one working there speaks English. The staff is quite indifferent; if they spent less time conversing among themselves in their native language and more time attending to customers, they might actually get orders correct. I specifically asked for a medium iced coffee with light cream and four sugars, but this is what I received.

The staff seemed untrained and even asked me how to prepare the simple dish I ordered, which took far too long to receive.
