Bartender Bernadette is incredibly friendly and attentive to her customers! The service is excellent. Thank you!

The food is decent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch my waitress’s name, but if she has a noticeable Dr. Simi BBL and mismatched thighs, be ready for incredibly slow service and a pretty unpleasant attitude. It seems like she doesn’t care because tips are mandatory. She also appears to have short-term memory issues; I requested a change from fries to onion rings, and she told me I hadn’t asked in time. How can you ask for something when the waitress disappears for 30 minutes at a time?

The food was decent, but the service was terrible. The waitress wasn't attentive at all; she spent most of her time gossiping with the table next to ours. We had to wait 45 minutes for our food. This was my first visit, and it will also be my last. As for parking, there wasn't much available.

Had food from here a lot. Just sucks that their delivery (no matter what it 's from) says I live too far away. I 'm less than a mile away from here and they won 't deliver with any of the food delivery.Parking: Parking is shared with multiple places and the people don 't know how to park. Was also threatened with having my vehicle towed for parking in a spot that wasn 't for where I went

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The customer service was on point, the fries are beautifully amazing and crispy, the chocolate shake is perfect and not too heavy on the chocolate. I am very impressed with this business and will definitely be back!! Thanks Slappy’s??
