Wow. I had to stop in to see if it lived up to the hype and it sure did. Super thick, creamy ice cream unlike anything Ive ever had. Tastes healthy in a way thats hard to describe. Its not sugary like a lot of ice cream and you can taste the cream. The liquid nitrogen seems to more thoroughly harden the final product than traditional methods. What Sydney Finch doesn't like about Creamistry:
This is SO over hyped. The portions are insanely small. I got the strawberry cheesecake one and it literally had six cheesecake bites, and the toppings were just on top, they weren?t mixed in which doesn?t make sense. I paid over $9 for 5oz of ice cream. I just don?t understand the hype at all, so many other ice cream options to choose from. View all feedback.
The place looks really nice and high tech! There?s constantly cold clouds spilling under the glass of the workstation for a cool show. You can watch as they freeze your ice cream right in front of you! There?s a lot of different flavors to choose from below I chose fruti pebbles, with fruti pebble and mini marshmallow Mix-in and a Reesie?s ice cream with brownie bites and chocolate fudge. Both were really tasty. A small size is perfect for sharing. There is a little bit of a wait time for your ice cream to be made.
YAY! There's a fun nitrogen ice cream shop in town! It's a new spot located in the plaza near Starbucks and Popeyes in National City. Parking can be quite tight and it's always busy! Thankfully, this place stays open late until 11 PM, which is great since it attracts a lot of customers. The ice cream is delightful and beautifully presented. Please be patient with the staff; they work quickly, but with so many customers, expect a wait of around 15 to 20 minutes. I visited on a Thursday at 8 PM, and it was definitely worth the wait! So let's all be kind and patient for a wonderful experience! They offer a wide range of vegan and non-dairy options, including cakes and pints to-go—endless possibilities! There's also indoor seating available. Don’t forget to check your receipt; there’s a 10% off coupon at the bottom for your next visit! The prices are a bit high, but given the quality of the ice cream, it’s not unexpected. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The restaurant maintains a clean environment and well-kept bathrooms. The service is consistently attentive, helpful, and precise. The ice cream is delicious. However, the parking area can get busy depending on the time of day.
The menu photos can be a bit misleading, as the cups appear larger than they actually are. However, there’s no need to worry because the ice cream is packed with delicious creaminess—definitely no air bubbles! It was truly impressive to witness the science behind the process. The Ruby Cacao flavor was light, fruity, and not overly sweet, which my daughter and I absolutely loved—it was just perfect! I also really enjoyed the Quantum Coffee; it was sweet, creamy, and quite filling, with a flavor that I found very enjoyable. We couldn't finish the large servings in one sitting. My son was ecstatic to have the Birthday Cake ice cream after his workout and said it was amazing. My husband also relished the Sea Salt Caramel Crunch, declaring it really, really good. We spent $40, but it was definitely worth the treat! We’ll definitely be returning!
