Contribute Feedback What Jay Hughes likes about Citrana Berry Fresh:
This is my second time eating here and the food and decor are both top notch! I had a small Druid salad and the morning croissant I believe it’s called. I requested dried cranberries be added to the fruit salad and that topped it off perfectly! The fruit salad was fresh and delicious, the granola was crispy and light while the honey was just the right amount of sweet! The croissant was warm, soft, also crisp! It had... View all feedback.
What NatashaVanmo doesn't like about Citrana Berry Fresh:
The menu lacks clarity on vegan and vegetarian options, and almond and coconut milk are available at an additional cost. It is important to be very specific about the ingredients you are looking for. View all feedback.
I was waiting in line to pick up my order when the ladies in front of me finished. I was about to step forward when a Doordasher started talking and cut in front of me. I explained that I was also there for the same thing and that I was waiting my turn. The employee apologized to the Doordasher, even though she was in the wrong. I would not recommend this place because the employee did not seem to understand the concept of waiting in line. It was surprising that there wasn't more chaos in the restaurant.
It took 25 minutes for a beet juice. That is ridiculous, even when it’s not busy, I’m sorry I never complain but that’s crazy when there are more then a few works there just moving like snails…..need better service.
I go for the tuna salad or the total. Freshly made. Everything is healthy eating.
I ordered a chicken torta and specified in the instructions that I was allergic to mayonnaise. Not only did they add it, but they packaged all the food together, contaminating everything else I ordered. They didn’t even bother replacing or refunding me might I add. Allergic reactions is nothing to joke around about and you guys should take it seriously. Horrible service and on top of that, expensive.
I live in the neighborhood, have visited about 6 times and really want to like this place but the quality and prices just don't match. Usually go for the smoothies, which are delicious and seem less sugary than places like Jamba, but they cost about a $1 or two more. Tortas are ok, you'll find much better ones at any taco shop. Today I tried my first acai bowl, the Nutty Bowl, and I'm pretty sure it will be my last time visiting. Tiny plastic container with 3 firm golfball sized scoops of acai, about a tablespoon of peanut butter, some shaved almonds, cashews and about 1/2 cup granola with slices of banana $13.
