The drink is very good, there are several options. The queuing time is a little big and time consuming. The attendants are normal to answer. The menu brings the numbers but when I went to ask the attendant he said he doesn't use numbers but the name of the drink. the tip I leave: take the numbers from the menu or attendant start using the numbers of the drinks in addition to the names. Boba was ok, not the best I've ever had. The line to order was slow and even slower to get your order. Waited close to 30 minutes at least for my drink. There should be a heads up sign that says how long the expected wait time is going to be especially if they are so far behind. I would not have waited and wasted my time. Kind of distasteful
My wife was just at this location and was completely disrespected (as well as other customers) by the cashier. The cashier (Cecelia) was rude and looked like she hated her job. I understand not wanting to work but the least you can do it be nice to the customer who did nothing to you. There was a lady having trouble with the app and when she asked the cashier for help she just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. she also gave another customer a lot of attitude and was so snarky when she asked for a different size drink (before it was even made). Finally, my wife was ordering and asked for her drink to be slushed and the cashier just nodded her head no and rolled her eyes at her. There was no communication or alternatives given and when she was asked about the other drink options she just pointed to the screen. The information my wife wanted was not on the screen hence why she asked and regardless you do not treat someone like that, all that trouble and we still got the wrong size drink. I tried to call the location several times to talk to the manager but they did not answer. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION: they will be rude to you and still give you the wrong drink. unacceptable.

Horrible attitude of the server Todd. We ordered something that was not understood well. Mistakes happen. But the way we were treated when we reported it left a lot to be desired. He refunded the money very rudely and refused to take the correct order. Also ordered us to get back in line to place the correct order. We decided to go someplace else. Giving our business to a company with such rude customer service.....never ever.
