The staff is extremely friendly, energetic, and just all-around awesome people. The food is also delicious! This is the only place where they always get my order right. If you enjoy a tasty burger and fries, I highly recommend visiting this Five Guys location!

The system is confusing and frustrating, which ultimately led me to deduct a star from my rating. Even though the app has a button that suggests your order will be ready when you arrive, it doesn't actually work that way. When you get there, they still call out orders by number, which doesn't align with the online system. So, you end up having to ask if your order is ready, even though you've already indicated that you're on your way and in the restaurant. It's a bit of a mess and you can't rely on the app instructions. Expect delays and be prepared to announce yourself when you arrive, as they won't call out your name, only your order number.
