I will never again order a latte from this location which stinks because its the only one near my job.

My power breakfast sandwich was actually... read more The staff seems indifferent to the customer service, as several labels on the display were either missing or incorrect. My power breakfast sandwich was actually cold in the middle, despite my request for an extra patty. Additionally, my refresher was diluted and not enjoyable. I've never been this disappointed with a Dunkin' before.

My NP woman suspects that it was not Salmonella, but rather something like dirty employee hand? or spoiled/expected ingredients. I tried to call the number on Google cards, no one would get the phone.

I appreciated that I wasn't charged extra for the additional cream cheese, which is often the case at other places. However, I found the staff to be a bit rude, and they tended to speak in another language when conversing with each other, which made me feel a bit left out, as if they were talking about me. Despite the rudeness, I can overlook it for a perfect bagel.
