UPDATE 9-25-21: I recently visited the second-floor Carvel and had a wonderful experience. Marlyn, the manager, was a delight to meet, and the ice cream was absolutely fabulous! Carvel's soft serve truly cannot be beaten. Marlyn has done an excellent job maintaining the store; it was spotless and sparkling clean.
