Jugheads - Natchez
Jugheads
Description
Nestled in a charming yet unassuming setting, this restaurant has elicited a mixed bag of experiences from diners. While some rave about their outstanding catfish, highlighting generous portions and reasonable prices, others lament the unappealing atmosphere and inattentive service. Complaints about food quality, like rubbery shrimp and inaccurate orders, contrast with praise for specific dishes, underscoring a lack of consistency. Despite its humble appearance, those in search of satisfying fish dishes and a casual vibe may find it worth a visit, though expectations should be tempered. Overall, a culinary adventure with both delightful and disappointing moments awaits.

We enjoyed a great catfish dinner at this restaurant. Food and Service were both great. Will return the next time we are in the area. It’s definitely not a fancy place and curb appeal is lacking. If you want good food and friendly service, come here!
To make matters worse, she told me to leave her restaurant as if she owned the place. The waitress was a young woman of mixed descent, and when I asked to speak to the manager, the woman at the register claimed to be the assistant manager but did nothing to address the situation. I found the whole encounter very disappointing and disrespectful. If someone doesn’t understand the difference between a hamburger and a cheeseburger, they shouldn’t be serving tables. I inquired about the owner, but the assistant manager couldn't tell me when he would be available. This situation needs to be addressed, and I will continue to follow up in hopes of speaking with the owner.
