While I understand that the staff might not be very enthusiastic about their jobs, the customer service was exceptionally lacking.

We always check our order before leaving, and although the staff... read more I have only two complaints. First, there was a mistake with our order at the drive-thru window. We always check our order before leaving, and although the staff was attentive, it took some time to get the correct order. Second, since the dunes in the area are closed, it’s unclear how customers with order issues are supposed to resolve them. They would have to get back in line, which can be frustrating. I witnessed a woman knocking on the door while holding her order; she knocked repeatedly but was not acknowledged before she disappeared from my view.

We waited at the counter ready to order while an employee was chatting with another woman at the other end. The employee kept glancing over at us and eventually walked very slowly to take my friend’s order. After she paid, we were told they didn’t have what she had ordered. When we finally received our food, it tasted like old grease, and now I feel nauseous. I only ate two pieces and wish I had just thrown that $8 away.
