What Ebeth likes about Ichiban Hibachi Sushi:
A good portion of the sushi is gluten-free. I checked with the waiter to ensure that there was no tempura or soy sauce in mine, and they were very accommodating. They also offer Thai dishes like curry and rice noodles, which are likely gluten-free, though I didn't inquire about them. There isn't a dedicated gluten-free menu, but the sushi was fantastic.
