I'm sorry for the picture, but couldn't wait to eat my conch snack. Just came from the gym and was really hungry and enjoying a conch snack, but did not want to make any fries the right choice. The conch was really tender, tasted and the salad was quite fresh and crisp. Very happy with my dinner. View all feedback.
Burgers are great here. Juicy and full of flavor. Usually quick service and friendly staff.

The ride through, lady was pleasant, wasn't too long, food was hot and the small apartments in the median, brought me out easily because my order was earlier than the person before me, so cool
This is the second Bamboo Shack that I tried in over 4 years and I am very impressed, it is so delicious! Every time I cook the Conch Snack and the Conch and season so well. I would only suggest a little more ketchup on the Pommes under the conch
Crack chicken is very brilliant along with the spicy crack conch. The service is always pleasant and the staff always smiles. Waiting could be a while, but it is worth 100%, especially if you love conch or chicken. The spicy crack chicken is tender and melts in your mouth. Still amazing food!
