While some diners praised the attentive service and delicious food, others were disappointed by the quality of some dishes, service issues, and pricey menu items. Highlights include excellent appetizers, great steaks with cheddar biscuits, and a huge portion size suitable for sharing. However, some customers encountered rude staff, long wait times, and subpar dishes. Overall, opinions on this restaurant seem to vary, making it important for potential diners to consider all perspectives before making a reservation.
Beautiful place to dinner. we were not impressed by the food that the calves were cooked over, but capable of working. the food proportions were large.
The biggest disappointment was there to wait for time for the reservations and 20 minutes more
Ordered Penne Vodka but sauce was more of marinara. Caesar salad was also not great. There were many tables empty but made us wait til our reservation time. Food quality was just not there for the amount of money paid.
Family style so when they say portions are good for 3 people they really mean 5.
So much food!!! The portions are huge. They give you a complimentary basket of bread (a lot! with garlic and olive oil so unless you love love love bread or have a huge party, pass on the garlic bread. It's so many pieces. We had a party of 6 (5 adults 1 kid The Carmine's salad was also huge. Enough for 8 people easily! We also got fried zucchini. It was sliced thin like shoestring cut and was a HUGE portion. We waited to order our main dishes until until after our apps came and were glad we did because we were already pretty full. We only ordered 1 order of lasagna and didn't finish it. It was really good though. We were just so full. Our server, Sharanda, was excellent!!! She was super friendly and went the extra mile. She was especially kind to my son, which was appreciated. We enjoyed our meal and the service. Would highly recommend. We paid $220 for garlic bread, carmine's salad, fried zucchini, lasagna, 1 kid pasta (with butter $6 and drinks for all both alcoholic and non. It was the same price as we paid at Chop Stix the night before, but way better food, way more food, and WAY better service.
