Had a delicious, huge portion meal, and outstanding service. The only thing that worried us was the bucket and rag that was used to wipe down every table, and the silverware was put right back down on the wet table. Not sure what was on that rag, and in the bucket, but it was now on my silverware. I grabbed my fork and knife up quick and wiped them on my cloth napkin that was in my lap. Silverware should always be put on a napkin, and maybe use wet wipes that are thrown out.
At this price range, we had higher expectations. The atmosphere was quite noisy, and the tables were too close together. While the food was good, it didn't wow us. I'm not sure we would return unless we hear some positive changes.
The prices here are excessively high, and the overall experience was disappointing. Don't compare this place to a steakhouse in the U.S. It's better to save your money and consider other dining options.
Everything was on point but I do feel that they’re a bit pricey but the overall experience is what you would expect from Carnl
