Was Bernard Bernier at Kitchen Notes a mag?
I like Kitchen Notes even more now that I've eaten there for brunch! The buffet was great (there's an omelet station, and you can ask for a waffle), and they had $5 mimosas. I ate there with a party of 11 for my day-after-wedding brunch, and I appreciated that they allowed me to call ahead for a reservation. The price was still steep, but the service and food made up for it. Our server did a great job managing a... View all feedback.

What Alyce Fisher dislikes about Kitchen Notes:
The bread was really flavorful with the assorted jams and honey butter. The mixed drinks were a bit on the hard side, but still good. We had the pork belly to start and it was fabulous. My wife's $18 chicken pot pie was burnt and bland at best after it finally arrived along with my tepid $36 strip steak and fries probably after about 30 minutes. The service was slow. I had to ask to have plates cleared. Overpriced... View all feedback.

....I thought it would be a great treat for my family (6) 2 adults a 15,11,10 and a 5 year old . Had not been there before. The food was cold bacon, pancakes, sausage and other also. There was only 2 different kinds of fruit,Chilled Seafood Display ..............what was that a bowl of shrimp . Entrées the web site said there would be prime rib and that is what I would expect with the prices we paid. No eggs benedict, no other entrees to speak of. What they had was carved turkey yes I said carved turkey. The Country ham was cut so thin that you could not taste it. Desserts Assorted Southern Pies there was no assortment of pies there were only about 4 different things and they were not that good not only to me but to others around us. Half eaten plates of food on tables. My experience there was not good. the bill of 154.07 plus a 26.00 tip was not worth it. The service was great but the food and the noise level was very loud. We will continue to look for Sunday... read more

My husband and I stay at this Omni Hotel often and we usually have a meal or two at Kitchen Notes.  It's always good and there is a variety of items to choose from.  They have an amazing breakfast/brunch buffet.  The buffet is a bit pricey but overall worth it when you see all of the items to choose from. It's always fresh looking and well maintained.  In general, I do not eat from buffets but this is not like normal buffets.  It is clean and maintained.  If you do not want the buffet, you can always order off the menu. You can eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.  The restaurant is large and pretty.  There are many tables that line the windows and it's fun to sit at these tables if you enjoy people watching, especially at night.  There is a small bar here as well so you can order beer/mixed drinks.  It's always fun to start the day with a mimosa or ****** Mary!  We've had breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and I do not recall a bad meal.  The service is also great.

Enjoyed the Sunday brunch! Such a cute restaurant and the homemade biscuits were delish. Our server, Rasha, made the experience memorable. She encouraged us to take advantage of the made-to-order items that were part of the brunch, was thoughtful, friendly, and even came up with the idea of surprising the dads in our group with a Father’s Day toast . Thank you, Rasha! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
