Such a fun spot, can sit outside people watch! Amazingly good food...I have celiac disease and they make they're own coating so I was able to eat the FRIED Fisherman's Platter!!! OMG sooooo delicious! Now a favorite spot to go!!! Dietary restrictions: Celiac disease... Gluten free!
One of my top five favorite restaurants in the area, and my absolute favorite for seafood! I've lived in Nashua for over 22 years, and I absolutely love Surf downtown! Michael Timothy really knows how to deliver with all of his local restaurants, from MT's Restaurant to Buckley's Steakhouse, and now the Lost Cowboy Brewing Company; you can't go wrong at any of them! The attention to detail, great service, and exceptional dishes are outstanding! Surf features a thoughtfully crafted menu that caters perfectly to any seafood lover's appetite!
We had originally planned to take a walk and enjoy dinner in Boston on Sunday night. However, after hearing the breaking news about Biden withdrawing from the second-term presidential race, we decided to stay local and keep up with the developments. For the past 22 years living here, Surf Restaurant in Nashua has been our go-to spot. We’re big fans of their sushi and fresh seafood. This time, we arrived around 4:30 PM, shortly after they opened at 4:00 PM, and found the restaurant already bustling with patrons. We ordered six raw oysters on the half shell, the Toro Special, Korean BBQ Scallops (to share), and the Crispy Garlic Tuna Maki roll. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were really pleased with all the dishes and will definitely be returning!
We enjoyed some excellent cocktails—strong and flavorful—as well as "The Hula Dancer" sushi, which was fantastic. For our main courses, we tried lobster rolls (both with butter and mayo) and the fried platter. The scallops and haddock were especially delightful. For dessert, we had the crème brûlée, which had a lovely beach/surf twist that was very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this place if you're a seafood lover, and they have multiple locations to make it easier for you to find one nearby. Overall, it was a solid dinner!
Every dish we’ve tried is presented beautifully but the taste is indescribable !!! Can’t say enough about it. The lobster fries was out of this world. I am not even crazy about fries. Lobster bisque delicious and creamy best I have had! Dietary restrictions: My daughter needs gluten free and could have almost everything on menu.
