However, I had an incredibly positive experience at this Panda Express. The restaurant was very clean and I was assisted by the tall employee named Tommy. He has outstanding customer service skills and truly enhanced my experience. Tommy deserves a raise or promotion for sure. I will definitely be returning, 15/10!

Kevin served me a generous portion of delicious food and was very kind. It was my first time at Panda Express and I will definitely be coming back. The cashier Anju was very sweet and made me laugh. Additionally, I was able to save 20% on a large plate by joining the app (including 3 entrees and 1 side).

Beef brocolli is yummy and the fried rice cant go wrong. The fact that I can order a small order of crab ragoon and not buy a whole box and have it go to waste makes me happy. Kid-friendliness: You can buy your kid a fresh and healthy meal and go home happy.

This was not a good experience.

I asked to speak to a manager and he offered no customer se... read more Arrived 45 minutes before they closed Friday night. Hardly anything left and the kitchen was closed. I asked to speak to a manager and he offered no customer service whatsoever even after I explained that this was a major inconvenience and it didn't make sense to me to close the kitchen before their posted closing time. All he said was it was a busy day. This is not an isolated incident. Check other negative reviews. They've been doing this for years. Shame since there's not another location around. The food is good, just make sure you show up at least 2 hours before they close to hopefully avoid this issue.
