**Caribbean Breeze: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Caribbean Breeze, formerly Norton’s, has garnered mixed reviews following its transition under new management. While some patrons cherish the nostalgic ambiance and friendly service, others lament the drop in food quality, citing cold and poorly prepared dishes. Issues such as mischarges and inattentive service have also surfaced, leading many to voice their disappointment. Feedback
Norton’s is no longer in operation; it has been replaced by CARIBBEAN BEACH under new management. The service and quality of food are at least as good as they were at Norton’s. The staff in the kitchen is very accommodating and will make adjustments to specific menu items as requested. After revisiting the Nashua area post-COVID, I returned to what used to be Norton’s, a place I relied on for a great breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by this new restaurant and had a wonderful experience. I will definitely return and share my positive feedback with others.
We've visited this restaurant several times before and had good experiences. However, after our visit this past weekend for a family breakfast, we will not be returning. Our silverware had dried food on it, which we were willing to overlook, but then the food arrived cold and undercooked. When we requested that it be recooked, they returned it with a smaller portion that was still difficult to chew. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
I ordered a BBQ cheeseburger that came with chips and a pickle. However, the burger clearly wasn’t made from fresh beef. There was nothing BBQ about it at all. There was no sauce, no grilled onions, or any BBQ-style flavors; just a plain hamburger with lettuce, tomato, and white American cheese—totally lacking in taste. The new owners have renamed it Caribbean Breeze. All I can say to them is good luck, because while they may be able to cook like that in Haiti, in America, where there are countless dining options, this place won’t last long if they don’t rethink their cooking approach.
