Unfortunately, those pieces were mostly just bones with very little meat, only skin and breading. Do you even feed your chickens? Honestly, I doubt I could have made a single chicken nugget out of the 7 pieces. Where do you get your chicken so I can avoid that place? I spent $35 for two people and went to bed still hungry. This was a complete rip-off, and I won’t be returning.

Lisa, the general manager, let go of the most problematic employees, and now everything runs much more smoothly. I genuinely appreciate this establishment and can finally enjoy my visits more. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

When I asked for a... read more If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager with the long red braid was extremely rude to me and other customers. When I asked for a plastic bag for my $60 order, she refused outright, and also denied my request for a second drink carrier for six drinks. Considering the profits you make, you can surely spare a few cents for a bag and tray without being so disrespectful. I won’t be returning, and to top it off, the food was terrible.

I waited at the counter for 15 minutes without seeing any staff members. When three different employees finally appeared, they completely ignored the customers. After I finally placed my order, it took another 15 minutes to receive my food. I understand many places are understaffed right now, but the total lack of care was unacceptable. To make matters worse, they even got my order wrong from the menu.
