During my recent visit,... read more Honestly, I’m shocked that this Dunkin' location in Nashua remains open given the obvious lack of professionalism and poor cleanliness. During my recent visit, I witnessed a woman named "Barbie" shouting harshly at a coworker over what seemed like a minor mistake, embarrassing them in front of customers. The situation felt tense and almost became physical. On top of that, there were noticeable food and drink spills behind the counter that appeared neglected for quite some time. These unsanitary conditions are especially concerning in today’s post-pandemic world. This place should be shut down immediately.

Most of the staff, including Nick and Linda, and really a... read more I've been visiting this restaurant every day for the past six months, but today will be my last visit. Most of the staff, including Nick and Linda, and really about 99% of the crew, provide excellent service. Unfortunately, my side of cream cheese was missing from my order (which can happen), so I went inside to ask for it. The girl at the drive-thru was very accommodating and said, "Sure, no problem." However, the unpleasant woman at the counter insisted that I couldn't have it unless I had paid for it, basically acting as the 'cream cheese police.' It's a shame because I really enjoyed going there, but her attitude made the experience uncomfortable. There's another restaurant just two blocks away...
