Chipotle Mexican Grill - Nashua
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Description
At this restaurant, guests frequently encounter inconsistencies in service and food preparation, particularly regarding online ordering and walk-in options. Customers have reported unexpected closures, unavailability of menu items, and a lack of staff responsiveness, contributing to a frustrating experience. Despite these issues, some diners appreciate the quality of certain offerings, such as burritos and organic lemonade, though portion sizes and cleanliness in the dining area leave much to be desired. Overall, while the potential for good food exists, reliability and service need significant improvement to enhance the overall dining experience.

- **Burrito**: 8.5/10 – A solid choice with fresh-tasting ingredients, and it was perfectly wrapped and prepared. - **Organic Lemonade**: 8/10 – Delicious and refreshing. - **Small Side of Queso**: 6.5/10 – This was complimentary since my order was over $10, which was a nice bonus. The queso was creamy and zesty, which I enjoyed, though I still prefer Moe’s version. - **Chips**: 4.5/10 – Not many chips were included, and there’s an extra charge for them here, unlike at Moe’s where they’re free. However, the flavor of the chips was pleasant. Overall, I would rate my experience at around 7/10, giving it 4 out of 5 stars. I would definitely eat here again.
Went at 3:40pm on Sunday 10/02 when it said online they were open, and going to be open till 10pm. Drove half an hour and they were closed and didn't give a reason. Just a sign on the door that said sorry we closed early today. Very unprofessional.
After 1 PM on Sunday, I discovered that the staff was exclusively focused on online orders, which was quite frustrating (I had experienced this before). I took the time to place an order online for three people. The wait between placing the order and picking it up was brief, and everything was correct. However, it felt like our experience with online ordering differed from being in line and having our food made to our liking, perhaps due to smaller portions of ingredients. It could just be my imagination. Overall, the food was what I expected. I prefer to see the personal touch in how my meal is prepared according to my specifications.
At least today I walked away with food. .. Most of the times I have attempted to go to this Chipotle it has been closed unexpectedly, systems down or a delayed opening.Today- they were “only accepting online orders” which has also happened to me before at this location. I told the woman I have an issue with the app on my phone and she just looked at me without responding. I ended up ordering through the website, which she could have told me was an option, which was luckily worked and waited for my food at a high top.BUT lo and behold, they started taking walk in orders no more than 5 minutes later….Why couldn’t they accept them when I walked in? People that got there after me were leaving more quickly through the line and I had originally intended to pay in cash.Going here is a gamble. The North Nashua location isn’t better. I can say I’m officially and fully converting to California Burrito because they are at least clean, nice, yummy but mostly RELIABLE.
I was lied to and told they do not serve plain white rice even though I used to work at chipotle and I’ve been getting it for over 10 years. She ultimately admitted that it’s an inconvenience to her. When I was able to ask another employee to go check they said they only had plain brown rice available. .. like they would admit if they had it by that point…ha. They also had no salad, no dressing, no peppers.never been so angry at a restaurant in my entire life. No respect or service. I feel Sorry for anyone that has to be served by these rude people
