I took the time to place an order online for three people. The wait between placing the order and picking it up was brief, and everything was correct. However, it felt like our experience with online ordering differed from being in line and having our food made to our liking, perhaps due to smaller portions of ingredients. It could just be my imagination. Overall, the food was what I expected. I prefer to see the personal touch in how my meal is prepared according to my specifications.

Management needs to address this issue; it seems clear that no improvements have been made, considering the numerous negative reviews here.
