In... read more Checked into the hotel late in the evening after the SULA FEST. A typical smell bothered me at the reception. Anyway, brought to the room and gone to sleep. In the morning I went to the bathroom and found the soap dispenser dirty and didn't feel like touching it. No shampoo, half-full conditioner bottle, half-used moisturizer, and a wobbly pot were there to greet us. There was no bath foam. Went for breakfast to find cold batata and medu vadas on the table. Cake and donuts were dry. Uncut fresh fruits were covered with cling film as if they didn't want us to touch them. We ordered fried eggs and omelette was served The hot milk for the chocos had gone cold. The only salvation was hot chocolate. Management needs to wake up maintenance is bad but staff are quick and work with a smile but there is no point in getting things done after pointing your fingers at them. You don't go to a hotel to do things and then you should stay there and have those things ready for your guests. So run the staff and receive the guests well, Mr. Manager.
