Time & Again - Nashik

Pathetic Food Quality, extremely lousy level of service and a very snobbish attitude towards guests !!! and to top it all, the ambience is plain DEAD.. guess the empty tables in the restaurant say a lot about this place... only saving grace about this place is the air conditioning system... works very well...

Extremely Slow Service... probably a snail would drift faster than the staff at the emerald park hotel Nashik. It took them almost 1.5 hours to get our order which consisted 1 Starter , 1 Vegetable and a couple of Rotis. Quantity: Very SMALL portion sizes compared to the exorbitant prices charged by the hotel... Pricing: Pricing is definitely on the higher side but is valid only for the ambience and the air conditioning. that's it... Recommended for those who have all the time in the world and are not very keen on food & service .. Would rather visit ssk solitaire near chandak circle for a better experience and reasonable pricing as well.

Checked into the hotel late at night after SULA FEST. A typical smell put me off at the reception. Anyhow taken to the room and went off to sleep. In the morning went to use the loo and found the soap dispenser dirty and did not feel like touching it. No shampoo,half filled conditioner bottle, half used moisturizer and a wobbly pot was there to greet us. No bathing foam was available. Went for breakfast to find cold batata and medu vadas on the table. Cakes and donuts were dry. Uncut fresh fruits were covered with cling foil as if they did not want us to touch it. We ordered fried eggs and omelette was served Hot milk for the Chocos had turned cold. The only saving grace was hot chocolate. The management needs to wake up maintenance is poor,but the staff is prompt and works with a smile, but no point if things are done after you pointing fingers at them. One does not go to a hotel to get things done and then staying there these things should be kept ready for the guests. So guide the staff and receive the guests well,Mr Manager.
