The café is located in the building of the University of Tartu, but the target group is hardly only students, because the menu and prices are hardly classical students. Meena doesn't pretend to be simple and has a big choice, the meals are usually complicated and delicious. It's delicious. There is nothing wrong with coffee in itself. The products are good enough to pay higher prices than the café average. Thepalloll seems to be lost. The customer service is busy, but there is no hurry to prepare and serve doses. If you’re going to have breakfast, take enough time. View all feedback.
I had no idea this place existed in the basement of City College. We enjoyed a delicious meal of ramen soup, Caesar salad, and cattle cheek. The prices were reasonable and the food was excellent. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I definitely recommend this café.
I was pleasantly surprised by this small café. They offer a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices. We tried the green velvet cake, which has a unique flavor reminiscent of green/matcha tea. The brisket was delicious and the wok noodles in sauce were also very tasty. I would recommend this café, especially since it is conveniently located near Tartu University in Narva.
This restaurant has a modern and youthful atmosphere. The menu was very tempting, but I decided to try the daily special, which is only available until 3 p.m. It was delicious. This place is also perfect for a quick coffee break, as they have a wide selection of delicious cakes.
