The café is located in the building of the University of Tartu, but the target group is hardly only students, because the menu and prices are hardly classical students. Meena doesn't pretend to be simple and has a big choice, the meals are usually complicated and delicious. It's delicious. There's a discount system for ordinary clients, because the prices are slightly higher than averages.
