Subway - NARRABRI

The food was delicious,as usual. There is no atmosphere but that is the norm for this type of food outlet except for Maitland, the magpie coming in for lunch made my day) the service is efficient. Just a normal fast food outlet.

Usual Subway experience, although up-selling of bacon and beetroot unusual

Wouldn 't let a 6 year old use the bathroom after we ordered lunch. Directed us to run across the highway which doesn 't have a crossing for pedestrians. Two packets of cookies we ordered the white chocolate and double chocolate were stale. Asked for sweet onion sauce on my teriyaki sub and it was drenched in it. By the time I got back the sub was falling apart from being soggy. Very disappointing.

Very abrupt and non friendly woman barked at us for our order. Scoffed at me when I asked about what the falafel was her response was ‘a falafel is a falafel’. After leaning on the front glass forgetting social distancing I was told very rudely ‘we are following social distancing please do so’ as she stood 2cms from the other worker behind the counter. I wouldn’t have cared at all being reminded of this had it been in a nice tone. Will never return

I travel thru narrabri often and this time I decided I'll get some subway, as I have allergies I'm unable to eat processed meat! The lady told me that I was unable to have capsicum on the jaffle and was rude about the fact I said no meat, which I quite often have when i do have subway, this subway must be raking it in to be so rude to their customers and not be flexible like other subways are, I left, so 2 jaffles a drink and some cookies you didn't sell, probably about $15 I save every time I come to town now
