We called in for breakfast during a trip from Melbourne to Brisbane. It was, without a doubt, the best McDonald's we had ever visited. The place was spotless, the staff were very friendly, the service was very quick and the meal was hot and as good as McDonald's could be. On top of that the place had a nice feeling with the staff happily chatting with each other as they produced great service.Thank you, it has restor... View all feedback.

I used the drive through and had a bacon and egg McMuffin. The drive through is the older style but everything worked ok. They were a little slow but they were busy given the time of morning. The bacon View all feedback.
We drove all the way from Wee Waa to Narrabri maccas Everything was fine until we reached our grand big Mac’s by this time we have driven back to wee waa there was no meat on either of the grand big mac’s! Asked for extra big Mac sauce on the burgers and still nothing of such. Very disappointed
During my visit, the restaurant was very busy. The manager did a great job organizing the staff. A suggestion for the McCafé staff: when wearing a mask, it can be difficult to hear the order number, especially if no effort is made to speak louder. My coffee sat there for 10 minutes before I realized it was ready.
We chose to dine in at this restaurant and were not asked to sign in, although there was a sign displaying the conditions. Staff training was taking place in the dining area. Unfortunately, our experience was not good as we were disappointed to see a very young child sitting on the floor chewing on paper with their dummy also on the floor.
Waited 15 mins only to go to the cafe and hand the receipt over and find out we had be forgotten about. Why would you sandwich press toast? Especially when it doesn’t absorb the butter and tastes like rubber. Really disappointed considering we were 1 of 2 people in the restaurant! If you are going to sell sandwich press toast maybe the image should be changed to reflect this or have 2 options.
We ordered coffee and banana bread to dine in and it all came in takeaway. The banana bread had gone soggy from sitting in the bag and butter had melted to water. Staff member did provide a plate when we explained we ordered dine in. Main reason we went was to have access to internet as we are on an extended holiday. Free wifi was advertised which we needed and so we ordered and when food was delivered we were advised due to NBN they no longer have internet. Staff and signage were very misleading...our experience was very poor service, food and false advertising re wifi.
