I took them to Queen’s Chows for dinner over the Easter weekend because they wanted to try someplace new. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t justify the prices, especially with the public holiday surcharge. I expected a lot more for what we paid, and I’m not sure how this restaurant will thrive in a regional coastal community. I’ve been visiting Narooma for years and have had much better meals at the local Chinese restaurant just 20 meters down the road for about a quarter of the price. Honestly, if they’re going to charge premium prices, they need to serve a premium product. Overall, my experience was below average and very overpriced.

The wait staff always make me feel well looked after, especially Tasha, who runs a tight operation and always makes us feel welcome, enhancing the overall experience.
