First we requested regular tap water and we were told no... read more We used to love going to Vergina, but the last 2 visits were very disappointing, last night especially. First we requested regular tap water and we were told not available because of the special event (happy hour all day) really FREE WATER not available!! Secondly, requested a change of vegetable and I was told not allowed due to same event, no where on the menu does it state no substitutions allowed. When as our dinner was being served they requested we change tables, which we did, however the new table was not ready. The food sat on the table with no silverware etc as the food was getting cold. To top it off when I was getting up to change tables the chair toppled over and I almost hit my head and twisted my knee that was recently replaced. We felt like cattle push them in and get them out. Service was also not very good. We most likely will not return.

I was also refused water stating I had to buy pelligrino for 9$. Have been to this restaurant many many times and this was the not satisfactory. Our server was good (Heike). Food was good. Managers name was Augusto.
