We came during happy hour, which is 50% off food but when our bill came this was not the case. We had to mention this to our waitress who sorted it out in the endbut be mindful to check your bill before you pay.

The hostess was very nice our waiter was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. I tried the white fish because he said it was delicious and indeed it was. I rate this restaurant 4 stars because the tables are just way tooclose together. luckily for me and my boyfriend we went there for an early afternoon dinner. Had it been on a crowded nightand a booth wasn’t available I would not have stayed. One thing about Naples, there’s a bunch of restaurants to choosefrom.

Big kudos to our server, Marijana, who was courteous and attentive, and even switched out one of the dishes that we ordered wrongly(we ordered two chicken marsalas when we should have gotten one and a spaghetti and meatballs) for the correct one! I will say,however, service was sluggish towards the beginning; it probably took around 10 minutes before someone came to take our order,and we were seated right by the waiter area. But overall, it was a pleasurable experience dining here, definitely will be backif we are ever in the Naples area again!

However, during our last visit, the servi... read more We eat at Vergina regularly, about twice a month. The food is always delicious and the service is usually exceptional. However, during our last visit, the service was just average. We dined with another couple for around an hour and a half inside the restaurant. It was quite busy due to a 50% off special happening all day. After finishing our meal, we were somewhat pressured to leave as the staff cleared our table and began resetting it while we were still chatting. We expressed our concerns to management, but they didn't seem to care. They suggested we move to the bar if we wanted to continue chatting, which we found offensive.
