What Lori Lewis doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
Worse place I have ever been to. First waitress only took half or our order said I'll be right back, then ordered well done burger came back pink, they said let me get you a new one. They brought me back same burger with bun and toppings cooked. Gross. My ice tea had to be replaced because had floating tea grounds in cup. Come on Naples- just horrible and an $163. Bill. Cheesecake Factory is the most unique and breathtaking restaurant experience. The food is a bit pricey, but absolutely delicious. The servers are friendly, informative and helpful. One complaint, however is that the bathroom trash can was overfilled and spilling over. But that may have been just a rare circumstance. Overall, if you’re a foodie (like me) you would enjoy Cheesecake Factory! View all feedback.
