Anne and I adore the pizza at this restaurant. The service is friendly and the staff is welcoming. This is definitely the best pizza in the city, with a relaxed atmosphere. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rosati's Pizza:
Got a cheese deep dish and it was like soup on a pizza. Before I even got home loads of sauce waves were oozing out of the box. When I opened it half the pizza was destroyed by a sauce tidal wave. Pizza looked like a gallon of sauce was just corralled bythe crust. Could barely eat the pizza. Was recommended by a friend from Chicago but this seemed like a sick joke View all feedback.
My recent experience with Rosati’s was disappointing. I mistakenly placed an order and canceled it within 10 minutes, but was met with unexpected hostility from a staff member over the phone. Despite being told canceling was no problem, I later received a call demanding payment for the canceled order. I explained the situation and declined to pay, as I had already gotten food from another place. The staff member's insistence on payment and disrespectful tone were unprofessional. After several calls, my husband also spoke with her and questioned the business practices. It is concerning that Rosati’s would use aggressive tactics to recoup costs for canceled orders. This lack of understanding and customer service reflects poorly on the overall experience. After reading similar reviews about tasteless food and poor customer service, I'm glad I didn't pick up my order. I hope Rosati’s management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. I hope the woman I spoke with is not the owner, but if she is, the reviews speak for themselves - please consider letting her go.
I paid $8 for a mediocre slice of pizza. This place is definitely not Rodeo Drive. Oh well, thanks anyway.
The pizza at this restaurant lacks flavor and authenticity. I would not recommend this place to those who prefer a more flavorful and authentic pizza experience. While the price may be reasonable for those who are okay with less flavor, I have been to other pizza places, such as Anthony Coal Fired Pizza, that offer better tasting pizzas at a similar price point. If you are looking for a pizza that is worth your money, I would suggest looking elsewhere. My family member purchased a pizza from here and it was not impressive. After learning how much he paid for it, I was disappointed with the value of the pizza.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had in ordering food for delivering. After 2 hours of placing the order there was no update and no pizza. Had to call the restaurants so many times and they were so rude every time. The food still has never shown up and when I called back they were yet rude again… will never order from this pizza chain ever again
The owners, Angelo and Margie, greeted us at the door, and welcomed us into their restaurant. We felt like we were in Italy and we felt like we were entering into a family’s home.Upon entering, we sampled the double dough pizza, and it was amazing. The sausage was so fresh and authentically Italian. We then ordered the Fab Four Pizza, and it was amazing as well. We will come back next time to order the deep dish pizza which takes 40 minutes so we will call ahead before arriving.
