I am a huge fan of the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt! If I ever choose to deviate from my gluten-free diet, that's the only dish I will treat myself to because it's just that amazing! I've never encountered any problems with our orders. However, I believe cleanliness could be better; the tables aren't cleaned often enough, and the bathroom always seems to require some attention when I'm there. Other than that, it's a fantastic place for a quick lunch!
I ordered a chicken sandwich, and I found it quite disappointing. It felt like a total waste of money. The service was subpar, with only one person handling the front. While there are kiosks available for placing orders to help avoid long waits, they didn't do much to improve my overall experience.
It's a solid four-star experience. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant maintains a generally tidy atmosphere. However, there are issues that need addressing. Sometimes, the sandwiches feel poorly assembled, lacking pride and attention to detail, as I encountered this evening. On top of that, orders can be incorrect or incomplete. Tonight, my sandwich seemed to have lost a quarter of its contents in the bag. What was left inside was unevenly distributed, with only a small amount of each ingredient held together by cheese. I sense there's a cultural issue within the establishment, and this isn't just a one-off situation—I've noticed it during my travels as well. There seems to be a lack of joy and pride in their work, as well as gratitude for being part of the community and having the opportunity to support themselves and their families. Something is definitely missing. On the bright side, the drive-thru is convenient, and the food is consistently tasty. I just wish Panera would take that final step to really elevate the experience and earn a full five stars.
I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was terrible. Definitely a waste of money. As for the service, there was hardly any. Typically, there’s only one person at the front, so if you want to avoid a long wait, you can use the kiosks they have set up for ordering.
I absolutely adore their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt! Whenever I indulge in a cheat day from my gluten-free diet, this is the only dish I crave—it’s that delicious! I've never had any issues with our orders. However, I do think they need to pay more attention to cleanliness; the tables could use more frequent wiping, and the bathroom always seems in need of cleaning when I'm there. Other than that, it’s a lovely spot for a quick lunch!
