Panera Bread - Naples

I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! Their food is excellent, the staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere is clean and beautiful.

I absolutely love the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt! If I decide to stray from my gluten-free diet, that's the only dish I'll indulge in, it's just that delicious! I've never had any issues with our orders. However, I do think cleanliness could be improved; the tables aren't wiped down frequently enough, and the bathroom always seems to need attention when I'm there. Aside from that, it's a great spot for a quick lunch!

I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was really disappointing. I felt like it was a complete waste of money. The service was lacking; there was only one person working at the front. If you want to avoid a long wait, they have kiosks for placing orders, but that wasn't enough to redeem my experience.

I love Panera. But that wasn't? Panera best today (6pm). No coffee/alk coffee, dirty tables and used dishes, garbage everywhere inside and outside, no napkins, slow service and despite three attempts to take my loyalty number, no loyalty points (some have them, but not me! It really felt like nobody took care of this place. A shame, because a well-run panera is a happy fun spot.

Nice salads, soups and sandwiches. The cookies are great treats too. Great place to get coffee, tea and meet friends! We notice different small groups meet up there to visit. #bookclubs #study
