I absolutely love this restaurant and highly recommend it! The food is delicious, the staff is consistently friendly, and the place always looks clean and inviting.
I absolutely adore their Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt! Whenever I indulge in a cheat day from my gluten-free diet, this is the only dish I crave—it’s that delicious! I've never had any issues with our orders. However, I do think they need to pay more attention to cleanliness; the tables could use more frequent wiping, and the bathroom always seems in need of cleaning when I'm there. Other than that, it’s a lovely spot for a quick lunch!
I love Panera, but today at 6 PM, it wasn’t at its best. There was no coffee or iced coffee available, tables were dirty with used dishes left behind, trash was scattered both inside and outside, and there were no napkins. Service was slow, and despite three attempts to enter my loyalty number, I didn’t receive any points—someone else must have. It really felt like no one cared about this location or its customers. It’s a shame because a well-managed Panera is a welcoming and enjoyable place.
I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, and it was terrible. Definitely a waste of money. As for the service, there was hardly any. Typically, there’s only one person at the front, so if you want to avoid a long wait, you can use the kiosks they have set up for ordering.
Since I was in Panera, I've been happy to kill it. I ordered the almond chicken salad sandwich to which I go was always the steak cheese, but hey. Why not? As usual, not disappointed. I thought there could have been a little more of the chicken salad, but I was surprisingly happy. The selection of tea has grown, I had to try. First the teas then the teas mixed with lemonade. All were excellent! Customer service was great, the food was prepared faster than expected. Five stars on the way! Not my usual location, but I'm sure I'm returning.
