Additionally, there were intoxicated individuals and trash scattered around.

I'm really frustrated. I often eat at the Radio Rd location, but on certain shifts, the staff just doesn’t seem to care. For instance, they put cheese on my LIT... read more I'm really frustrated. I often eat at the Radio Rd location, but on certain shifts, the staff just doesn’t seem to care. For instance, they put cheese on my LITTLE BACON BURGER, but then they loaded it up with so many condiments that it became soggy and messy, oozing everywhere and it was just gross by the time I got home, despite living only two minutes away. I've even pleaded with them not to do this, but they continue to. Another issue is that they never put barbecue sauce on my sandwich. I order the same thing every single time - ten out of ten times - and yet they always leave it off. I know some might exaggerate, but this level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. It happens to me consistently. I always ask kindly for this not to happen again, but nothing ever changes.
