I unders... read more I really wish they had more staff with personality. The guy who served me seemed robotic, repeating the same phrases without any interaction or warmth. I understand it’s Dunkin’, but it doesn’t take much effort to be more personable. His greeting was always, “Welcome to DD, how can I help you?” After visiting over a hundred times, it feels like I get the same response every time.

Dunkin' is the only café near my office at Domain Realty that opens early, which makes it my go-to spot. I needed to meet a home buyer early this morning to prepare an offer, so I stopped by the location on Pine Cone to grab a latte. The service was quick and friendly, and the lattes were outstanding for a Saturday morning.

When I brought it up, she admitted she forgot. Such behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially since it has happened to me multiple times at this location. If you’re planning to explore the Dunkin' menu, I’d suggest visiting a different location instead.
